The title track and 2nd single off MADONNA‘s Ray of Light album was released on May 6, 1998.

Based on a 70’s song entitled Sepheryn from Curtis Maldoon, this song co-produced with William Orbit remains to be one of Madonna‘s most critically-acclaimed, multi-awarded and loved by fans for its ahead-of-its-time fusion of electronica, techno, dance and pop musical styles.

The accompanying music video, which debuted a week later, went on to win acclaim and awards, most notably the Video Of The Year from the MTV Video Music Awards.
